{"id":2670,"date":"2024-10-04T18:53:59","date_gmt":"2024-10-04T18:53:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dongcobiogas.com\/?p=2670"},"modified":"2024-10-04T18:54:02","modified_gmt":"2024-10-04T18:54:02","slug":"lpg-motorcycle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dongcobiogas.com\/en\/lpg-motorcycle\/","title":{"rendered":"LPG Motorcycle"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>LPG MOTORCYCLE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A new bi-fuel system (LPG\/Gasoline) has been studied and manufactured for adapting of the LPG on original gasoline motorcycles which are largely used actually in Vietnam. In the system, the LPG in gaseous state at 30mbar is used, no evaporator is needed and the mixture fraction at any regime of engine is controlled by a throttling valve which is fitted on the guide pipe of gas control device. LPG supplying to the throat is made via a channel inside the throttling valve. The installation of new fuel system doesn&#8217;t cause any change of structure and outside view of the original motorcycle. In case of necessity, the motorcycle can be easily changed to run on gasoline by turning the fuel valve to gasoline position. Thus, this is comfortable for the users in the first step while the LPG supplying network is not largely installed.<br>&nbsp;<br>The motorcycle running on LPG with the proposal fuel system has emission reduction about 80% of CO, NO. concentrations and about 60% of HC concentration in comparison with original gasoline running.
